Welspun World seeks an experienced Section Head to lead operations and community relations at our Club House facility in Welhome Colony. This is a full-time, on-site role based in India, ideal for a professional passionate about creating vibrant community spaces.

What This Role Involves

As Section Head of the Club House at Welhome Colony, you will be the central figure in ensuring our residential community enjoys exceptional facilities and programming. You will drive engagement between Welspun World and residents, oversee daily operations of our multi-faceted club house, and foster an environment where members feel valued and connected. Your leadership will span community relations, facility management, maintenance oversight, and event coordination.

Core Duties

• Serve as the primary liaison between Welspun World management and residential associations; coordinate bookings, events, and facility usage queries
• Build and maintain positive public relations with residents through prompt, professional responses to feedback and concerns
• Oversee the upkeep, daily operations, and cleanliness standards of all club house amenities: gymnasium, yoga room, café, children's play area, and common halls
• Monitor equipment condition and functionality; coordinate maintenance and repairs
• Support the planning and execution of community events, wellness initiatives, and social programmes
• Ensure all safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance standards are met consistently
• Manage schedules, resource allocation, and staff coordination where applicable

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in community management, facility operations, or hospitality environments
• Proven track record of engaging effectively with diverse residents and stakeholders
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of residential club house, estate management, or similar facility operations
• Ability to balance operational efficiency with resident satisfaction
