Warranty Specialist

MSX International is recruiting a Warranty Specialist to join its operations in Kempton Park, Ekurhuleni. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to support critical warranty processes and contribute to customer satisfaction through expert claim administration.

Position Summary

As Warranty Specialist, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of warranty claims and customer requests, from initial inquiry through approval and repair authorisation. You'll be instrumental in ensuring that warranty documentation is accurate, compliant, and tailored to customer and regulatory requirements. This role sits at the heart of our after-sales operation, balancing customer needs with operational compliance.

Your Responsibilities

• Investigate customer warranty concerns and conduct detailed research to determine eligibility and appropriate resolution
• Develop and customise warranty documentation to align with individual customer requirements and programme guidelines
• Evaluate incoming warranty claims for completeness and accuracy before routing to approval workflow
• Process warranty claims through the approval cycle and track status until final authorisation
• Monitor repair orders to confirm completion meets warranty requirements and authorisation criteria
• Respond to warranty-related enquiries from customers and internal after-sales teams, providing clear guidance and updates
• Distribute warranty programme updates and bulletins to after-sales staff to ensure consistent communication and compliance

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in warranty administration, claims processing, or related customer-facing role
• Strong understanding of warranty programmes, terms, and compliance requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with documentation
• Organisational skills and ability to manage multiple claims concurrently
• Proficiency with standard office software and ability to learn internal systems quickly
• Problem-solving mindset and commitment to customer satisfaction
