What This Role Involves

You'll serve as a dedicated mentor for our AI Productivity Fundamentals course, preparing students to integrate artificial intelligence effectively into their daily workflow. Rather than treating AI as a replacement for judgment, you'll help learners develop the critical thinking skills and practical habits needed to leverage AI responsibly and confidently. Your instruction will span information retrieval, content generation, prompt design, and workflow automation—covering the real-world applications professionals encounter in today's workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver practical expertise gained from hands-on experience with AI systems and contemporary tools
• Create and facilitate engaging workshops—both live and recorded—that combine theoretical grounding, step-by-step demonstrations, and hands-on practice scenarios
• Mentor students throughout their learning journey, providing encouragement and personalized guidance
• Build a collaborative, welcoming learning environment that promotes active engagement, peer learning, and experience sharing
• Monitor emerging developments in AI and workplace automation, integrating current practices and innovations into your teaching

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mastery of AI tools and applications in professional contexts
• Track record mentoring or teaching technical topics to adult learners

• Experience facilitating synchronous workshops and asynchronous online instruction
