EU- Bioprocess Specialist Manager

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential life sciences organization in their search for a Bioprocess Specialist Manager based in the United Kingdom. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced bioprocess sales professional to drive growth and support strategic accounts across the region.

In this role, you'll be responsible for achieving sales targets for bioproduction products, supporting account management teams, and identifying new business opportunities. You'll work closely with distribution partners and global strategic accounts to expand market presence and deliver technical expertise to customers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets for bioproduction products across your designated region
• Provide sales support to account managers, distribution teams, and strategic account groups through customer meetings, trade shows, and on-site visits
• Identify and develop new opportunities at strategic account locations and non-strategic accounts with potential to exceed £1M in revenue
• Train and support distributor partners on product placement and sales techniques
• Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and customer information in CRM systems
• Gather and communicate customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitive insights to internal teams
• Complete all required training programs and attend mandatory meetings

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in a life science discipline
• 5-10 years of bioproduction sales experience
• Strong understanding of sales processes, bioprocess workflows, and market dynamics
• Demonstrated expertise in funnel management and sales methodology
• Energetic leadership style with a positive, motivating attitude
• Highly competitive and self-motivated with a proven track record of finding new customers
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
• Strong organizational abilities with capacity to multitask and adapt quickly
• Customer-focused approach with excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as situations require
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Salesforce CRM
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: £85,000 - £115,000 base salary, depending on qualifications, experience, and location. Our client also offers a competitive benefits package in accordance with UK employment practices.
