About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI research organization seeking an Environmental Science Expert for a fully remote contract engagement. Our client is advancing AI capabilities and needs seasoned professionals to evaluate technical outputs in the environmental science domain.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics in environmental science and biology
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI model outputs
• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance training data quality and performance
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality evaluations

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 5+ years of professional experience in biology or environmental science
• Native or professional fluency in English
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially presentation software

Preferred:

• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution in a relevant field
