Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential technology venture in a search for a Cybersecurity Chief of Staff. This is a 100% remote role for candidates based in Europe or the Americas.

Our client is building a new cybersecurity-focused initiative from the ground up, backed by experienced founders with proven track records in scaling technology companies. You'll have the rare opportunity to architect systems and drive strategy with complete autonomy in a high-growth, execution-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in cybersecurity domains
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production
• Architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones to position the department for rapid growth
• Work directly with the department founder and collaborate with engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders
• Take complete end-to-end ownership of systems, strategy, and execution without layers of approval

What We're Looking For

• Location: Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation/remote arrangements
• High-agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise in cybersecurity
• Track record of taking extreme end-to-end ownership on technical or strategic initiatives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to move quickly from strategy to execution in a fast-paced, minimal-bureaucracy environment
• Experience building or scaling 0-to-1 projects preferred
