E-Commerce Marketplace & Sales Analyst

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization seeking an analytical E-Commerce Marketplace & Sales Analyst to join their team. This fully remote role is based in the Philippines and focuses on transforming sales data into actionable insights while managing product performance across major marketplace channels.

Our client operates across multiple sales channels including first-party retail partnerships, third-party marketplaces, social commerce platforms, and direct-to-consumer channels. They need someone who can own the full lifecycle of sales reporting and product listing optimization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance and prepare regular sales reports and dashboards tracking revenue, units sold, trends, and channel-specific metrics
• Manage and optimize product listings across major retail marketplaces including mass retailers, department stores, social commerce platforms, and direct-to-consumer websites
• Maintain accurate product information including titles, descriptions, images, attributes, pricing, and other essential listing content
• Support both first-party and third-party marketplace operations
• Identify and resolve listing errors, suppressed products, missing content, and other issues that impact sales performance
• Monitor channel performance and highlight opportunities, risks, and emerging trends
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure product information remains accurate and current across all platforms

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing e-commerce marketplaces or retailer portals
• Strong sales reporting and data analysis capabilities
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Solid understanding of first-party, third-party, social commerce, and direct-to-consumer business models
• Experience with major retail marketplace platforms and product listing management
• Ability to transform raw sales data into clear, actionable insights
• Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working with large product catalogs
• Experience with business intelligence, ERP, marketplace management, or reporting tools is a plus
