Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX and UI design for digital products, from discovery through high-fidelity delivery.
• Produce clear user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished visual designs that solve real user problems.
• Plan and run user research sessions and usability tests, then translate findings into actionable design improvements.
• Partner closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align on requirements, constraints, and technical feasibility.
• Build, document, and evolve shared design systems and component libraries that keep interfaces consistent and scalable.
• Present concepts and iterations thoughtfully, incorporate feedback, and champion inclusive, accessible design standards.
• Mentor less-experienced designers and help raise overall craft and process maturity across projects.

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in a senior UX/UI design capacity with a strong portfolio of complex digital product work.
• Deep command of user-centred design methods, interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.
• Expertise with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma and related collaboration platforms.
• Demonstrated skill in facilitating research, synthesizing insights, and iterating designs based on evidence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to diverse audiences.
