We are representing a confidential pharmaceutical organization seeking a Data Manager CMC to join their team in Bolbec, France. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic international environment, focusing on data quality, integration, and continuous improvement of data management processes related to Chemistry, Manufacturing & Control activities.

Responsibilities

• Document data and metadata within the CMC domain
• Perform data quality controls and ensure Data Integrity compliance
• Prepare, clean, and standardize datasets for analysis and reporting
• Participate in data integration and management on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Manage data access controls and contribute to migration and archiving activities
• Implement and monitor automated data quality controls
• Coordinate exchanges with external data providers
• Produce and maintain data activity reporting
• Drive continuous improvement of data management processes
• Collaborate with business, IT, and Data teams to ensure data availability and reliability

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience in Data Management with proven track record in operational data and data flow management
• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred
• Background in CMC or pharmaceutical Manufacturing environments
• Strong command of Data Quality and Data Integrity principles
• Expertise in data management, preparation, and standardization
• Knowledge of Cloud environments, ideally Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Fluent French and professional-level English required
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bolbec (Seine-Maritime), with on-site presence required most of the time
