This position will serve as a key liaison for our Mid-Market clients. The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will be responsible for addressing client needs and concerns effectively while maintaining strong relationships. This role requires an acute attention to detail, organizational skills, and foundational knowledge of SEO.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for Mid-Market clients
Address and resolve client issues promptly and efficiently
Maintain strong relationships with clients through strategic support
Support clients in transitioning to active users of BrightEdge products and services

Qualifications

Ambitious and detail-oriented individual
Strong organizational skills
Fundamental understanding of SEO principles
Experience in customer success or related field preferred but not required
