We are seeking an experienced Head of Global Enterprise Customer Success to lead our largest and most strategic hotel brands. This role involves partnering directly with C-suite executives at major hospitality companies, overseeing complex multi-product deployments, and driving long-term adoption, retention, and expansion.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
