The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated, bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new customer acquisition across Thailand. This role is ideal for an experienced seller who wants to grow toward a full-cycle sales role. You will work closely with the Country Director and SDR Leader, owning top-of-funnel prospecting while building broader sales skills.
Your Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage potential hoteliers in Thailand using various channels
- Build relationships with key decision-makers to drive new business opportunities
- Qualify leads and provide detailed reports on prospects
- Work closely with the sales team to nurture leads into customers
- Apply coaching and continuously improve your sales techniques
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual in Thai and English, confident communicator
- Proven experience as an SDR or similar role
- Aptitude for thinking on one's feet and applying coaching immediately
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
