About This Position

The Advanced Specialist for Customer Success in the role of Faculty Advisor for Mathematics and Statistics is a pivotal member of Pearson's Faculty Advisory Team within the Higher Education Customer Success Organization. They will strategically identify and partner with key course-level administrators, acting as a pedagogical and subject-matter expert on the alignment of MyLab Mathematics and Statistics with academic curricula.

What You'll Do

  • Partner closely with faculty to enhance student learning outcomes through effective use of MyLab Mathematics and Statistics
  • Analyze data to provide insights that support curriculum development and improve teaching practices
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for faculty on the utilization of MyLab Mathematics and Statistics tools
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure features meet the needs of educators and students
