About the Role
As Project Manager B, you'll oversee complex clinical research projects with emphasis on protocol design and analytical workflows. You'll serve as the operational connector between research scientists, biostatisticians, data teams, and clinical operations—ensuring seamless coordination, timely execution, and adherence to Penn's rigorous research standards.
What You'll Do
- Lead clinical protocol development from design through implementation
- Coordinate with biostatisticians to define data collection and analysis frameworks
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables across interdisciplinary teams
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and regulatory records
- Develop status reports and communicate progress to research leadership
- Identify project risks, resolve dependencies, and adapt to evolving research needs
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing clinical research projects or healthcare operational initiatives
- Solid understanding of clinical trial protocols and regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with data management systems and statistical analysis concepts
- Strong organizational, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
