About the Role

Pearson VUE administers computer-based exams for information technology, academic, government, and professional testing across the globe. As a Test Administrator, you'll be responsible for maintaining testing center operations and supporting the hundreds of thousands of test-takers who rely on our services annually.

What You'll Do

• Proctor and administer exams in a secure testing environment
• Schedule and manage test sessions for candidates
• Verify candidate identity and ensure compliance with testing protocols
• Maintain test center equipment and facilities in proper working order
• Provide technical and procedural support to test-takers
• Document exam administration activities and maintain accurate records
• Uphold strict confidentiality and security standards for exam materials
• Address candidate questions and concerns professionally throughout the testing process

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
• Experience in a customer-facing administrative or testing environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain attention to detail
• Professional demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Comfort with computer systems and basic technology troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
