The Opportunity

As a Zero Trust - SASE - Infrastructure Security Senior Manager, you'll lead the strategic evolution of enterprise security architecture. You'll guide teams through the complexities of implementing secure access service edge solutions and zero trust principles, partnering with clients to modernize their security posture and respond to evolving threats. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, requiring someone who can balance innovation with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct infrastructure security initiatives and oversee teams implementing Zero Trust and SASE architectures for enterprise clients
• Develop comprehensive security strategies aligned with client objectives and regulatory requirements
• Lead the design and deployment of secure access frameworks across complex network environments
• Mentor and develop security professionals, fostering technical growth and thought leadership
• Establish security best practices, governance frameworks, and operational standards
• Engage with executive stakeholders to communicate security value, manage expectations, and identify expansion opportunities

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise information security, infrastructure security, or related fields
• Demonstrated expertise in Zero Trust architecture principles and design
• Deep knowledge of SASE solutions, cloud security, and modern network perimeter concepts
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and cross-functional initiatives
• Professional security certification (CISSP, CCSK, or equivalent)
• Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
• Experience advising Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients on infrastructure security transformation
