JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. is hiring a full-time Merchant Sales Product Solutions Manager — Healthcare Payments — Vice President based in Irvine, Orange County, joining a specialized team at the intersection of healthcare industry expertise and enterprise payment technology.

About the Role

In this Vice President-level position within JPMorgan Chase's Merchant Services division, you'll serve as a primary solutioning partner to the healthcare vertical sales team. Your focus is translating complex client challenges into configurable, best-fit payment solutions — guiding prospects and existing clients through the full scope of JPMorgan's healthcare payments capabilities. This is an on-site, client-facing role that demands both deep product knowledge and a consultative sales mindset.

What You'll Do

• Partner with merchant sales executives to scope, design, and present tailored payment solutions for healthcare providers, payers, and related organizations across Orange County and nationally
• Define solution architectures that address clients' patient payment, revenue cycle, and claims disbursement needs
• Lead discovery conversations to diagnose client pain points and map them to JPMorgan Chase's healthcare payments product suite
• Develop and deliver compelling, client-specific proposals, demos, and RFP responses
• Collaborate with product, implementation, and technology teams to validate solution feasibility and customize configurations
• Act as a subject-matter resource for healthcare payment workflows, including patient billing, HSA/FSA/HRA acceptance, and integrated receivables
• Support pipeline development by providing pre-sales technical and product expertise throughout the sales cycle
• Drive customer-centric strategy by maintaining a deep understanding of healthcare industry trends and evolving payment regulations

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in payments, merchant services, or treasury solutions — healthcare vertical experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record in a product solutioning, sales engineering, or consultative sales support role
• Strong ability to interpret complex client requirements and translate them into structured product configurations
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at executive and technical levels
• Analytical problem-solving approach with a bias toward practical, scalable solutions in fast-paced sales environments
• Comfort operating across cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and operations
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus
