As a Relationship Banker at our Spokane branch, you'll be the trusted advisor our clients turn to for their personal and small business banking needs. What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals and recommending appropriate Chase products and services
• Manage deposit and investment accounts, process transactions, and ensure accurate record-keeping with attention to compliance requirements
• Identify client needs through active listening and consultative conversations, positioning tailored banking solutions that address their circumstances
• Represent Chase's brand values of integrity, hospitality, and excellence through daily interactions with clients and colleagues
• Support cross-functional banking initiatives that expand client relationships and drive mutual growth
• Maintain knowledge of current banking products, interest rates, and market conditions to offer informed guidance
