This is a full-time morning position that combines front-line customer engagement with food preparation to keep our operation running smoothly during peak hours.
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with genuine warmth and assist them in selecting and ordering beverages, baked goods, and breakfast items
- Prepare quality food items and drinks according to our standards, ensuring every order meets guest expectations
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to support seamless operations during morning rush periods
- Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
What We're Looking For
