This full-time position offers the opportunity to manage critical financial reporting functions, drive data integrity initiatives, and shape best practices across a high-impact business unit.

About the Role

As a Senior Associate controller focused on external reporting for wholesale lending operations, you'll own end-to-end issue management workflows, coordinate with internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies, and spearhead data quality improvements across multiple systems and reporting channels. This is a central role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of JPMorgan Chase's external financial disclosures within the wholesale lending space.

What You'll Do

• Lead issue identification, tracking, and resolution across external reporting deliverables, working with business teams to resolve discrepancies and strengthen data integrity
• Develop and execute data quality initiatives to enhance the accuracy and consistency of wholesale lending reporting outputs
• Coordinate with compliance, audit, and regulatory teams to ensure all external reports meet applicable requirements and deadlines
• Create clear documentation, tracking tools, and reporting dashboards to improve transparency and reduce operational friction
• Mentor junior team members and foster cross-functional collaboration to advance reporting standards and best practices
• Analyze financial data, validate system outputs, and recommend process improvements to streamline reporting workflows

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting operations, or external compliance functions
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements for bank financial disclosures and external reporting frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to accuracy and detail in high-volume environments
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, communicate clearly with diverse audiences, and drive collaborative solutions
• Proficiency with financial systems, data validation tools, and Excel; familiarity with SQL or data management tools is a plus
