What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and conduct branch interactions with genuine hospitality and professionalism
• Process deposits, withdrawals, account openings, and everyday banking transactions accurately
• Present Chase financial products and services that align with customer goals
• Support relationship managers by maintaining account relationships and identifying customer needs
• Comply with banking regulations, documentation standards, and operational procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting branch environment
• Contribute to team performance on service quality and sales objectives

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; banking or customer service background a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer-first mindset
• Comfort working in a busy retail banking environment with competing priorities
• Organized, detail-oriented approach to handling transactions and paperwork
• Integrity and commitment to ethical banking practices and compliance
• Willingness to work part-time hours as scheduled, including potential weekend shifts
