What You'll Do
- Develop and lead strategic marketing and sales programs that advance growth, market positioning, and competitive advantage
- Design integrated campaigns spanning digital, online, and traditional channels targeting commissioners and stakeholder decision-makers
- Translate corporate strategy and business priorities into focused marketing activity and go-to-market initiatives
- Manage campaign planning, execution, budgets, and performance measurement
- Collaborate with sales, business development, and operations teams to align marketing with revenue and growth goals
- Develop stakeholder messaging and positioning strategies for key market segments
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of marketing management experience, preferably in government services, healthcare, or B2B sectors
- Proven success developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong digital marketing and marketing analytics expertise
- Strategic thinking with ability to connect tactics to business objectives
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
