About the Role

As a Senior Home Lending Advisor at JPMorgan Chase, you become the primary relationship owner for customers navigating the mortgage process from initial consultation through loan closing. You'll bring deep product knowledge and a consultative approach to every client interaction, backed by a collaborative Home Lending team built to support your success.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the central point of contact for customers across the full lifecycle of their home loan, ensuring a consistent and informed experience at every stage
• Advise clients on Chase's home lending products and help them identify solutions aligned with their financial goals
• Build and maintain a referral network through relationships with real estate agents, builders, financial advisors, and community partners in the San Jose, CA market
• Manage a pipeline of purchase and refinance loans with accuracy and urgency, coordinating with processors, underwriters, and closing teams
• Ensure all lending activities comply with applicable federal and state regulations, Chase policies, and fair lending standards
• Proactively identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships across Chase's broader product suite

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in residential mortgage origination, with a track record of meeting or exceeding production goals
• Thorough understanding of home lending products including purchase, refinance, FHA, VA, and jumbo loan options
• Strong knowledge of mortgage regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
• Demonstrated ability to self-source business and cultivate referral relationships in a local market
• Excellent communication and consultative sales skills with a client-first mindset
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment within a large financial institution
• Active NMLS registration or eligibility to obtain one required
