About the Role

In this position, you partner with Fortune 500 companies and mid-market leaders to identify opportunities where Pearson's platforms can drive measurable impact. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, connecting customer objectives with comprehensive solution strategies, then developing detailed proposals that articulate business value, implementation pathways, and expected outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Conduct deep discovery sessions with C-suite and functional leaders to uncover strategic priorities, pain points, and success metrics
• Translate technical capabilities and service offerings into clear, persuasive narratives tailored to each customer's unique situation
• Design solution architectures that align Pearson products and services with customer strategy and competitive positioning
• Develop compelling proposals, business cases, and ROI models that secure buy-in from executive stakeholders
• Leverage AI and emerging technology capabilities to enhance solution differentiation and customer outcomes
• Navigate complex organizational structures, competing priorities, and multi-stakeholder decision processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, delivery, and account management to ensure solution feasibility and successful implementation

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years in enterprise software sales, solution engineering, management consulting, or strategic account management
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive-level audiences with executive presence and credibility
• Strong consultative selling background—you listen more than you pitch and ask clarifying questions
• Fluency with AI, machine learning, and modern technology trends and their business applications
• Proven skill in translating complex technical and business concepts for diverse audiences
• Experience developing detailed proposals, business cases, and implementation roadmaps
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
