Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and live chat sessions
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions
• Assist in the onboarding process of new customers and provide ongoing support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
