The Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as Director of Client Implementation and Transitions. This role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless transitions for our clients, driving the successful implementation of strategies, and enhancing overall client satisfaction.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee the transition process from project initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for client implementations.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, operations, and technology to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster long-term partnerships and satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in client implementation or related fields, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects from inception to completion with a focus on client satisfaction and project outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- A deep understanding of financial services products and processes is preferred.
