The Customer Success Manager at Webflow is a pivotal role that involves working closely with our most high-impact customers, guiding them from launch to renewal. You will be responsible for driving adoption of our AI-native website experience platform, uncovering new use cases, and championing meaningful outcomes. Your primary goal is to ensure long-term customer success and contribute to the overall growth and retention of Webflow's business.

• Work with Webflow’s most high-impact customers from day one through renewal.
• Guide strategy, unblock teams, and connect them with the right experts across Webflow.
• Drive adoption of our AI-native website experience platform.
• Uncover new use cases and champion meaningful outcomes for customers.

Cash Compensation Range:
Zone A: $148,500 - $175,000
Zone B: $139,500 - $164,000
