Customer Success Intern

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential construction technology company in their search for a Customer Success Intern. Our client is working with modern builders who are transforming how buildings are manufactured in offsite facilities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of construction and technology while supporting customers who are addressing critical industry challenges.

This is a remote internship position based in the Toronto, ON area.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for customers, guiding them through their journey with our client's products
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular check-ins, training sessions, and feedback collection
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to communicate customer needs and contribute to product improvements
• Utilize analytics and customer interaction data to inform strategies for customer success and retention
• Provide ongoing customer support for product features and functionality

What We're Looking For

• Currently based in the Toronto, ON area and studying in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with clear, concise note-taking abilities
• Comfortable speaking directly with customers in a professional setting
• Highly organized and reliable with strong attention to detail
• Eager to learn about prefabrication shop operations and manufacturing processes
• Customer-centric mindset with a genuine interest in helping clients succeed
• Kind and curious approach to working with colleagues, clients, and industry partners
