Content & Event Manager:in (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential sustainable mobility technology client seeking a Content & Event Manager to drive lead generation through strategic content and events. In this role, you will:

• Align all content creation and event activities with the core goal of generating qualified leads for the sales team, ensuring every initiative contributes directly to pipeline growth
• Develop and execute targeted content strategies that reach B2B audiences where they engage most, particularly on LinkedIn, focusing on quality and relevance over volume
• Create diverse content formats including articles, advertisements, imagery, and video tailored to different buyer personas across multiple markets
• Plan and execute trade show appearances end-to-end, from booth concept development through on-site execution and follow-up
• Monitor performance metrics across all content and channels, proactively analyzing what resonates with audiences and continuously optimizing based on data insights
• Collaborate with sales and internal stakeholders to ensure content reflects market needs and supports the customer journey

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, ideally within B2B environments
• Strong expertise with LinkedIn as a content platform and proficiency with modern content creation tools
• Demonstrated ability to think from the target audience's perspective and make content decisions based on data, internal alignment, and sales insights
• Proven event management experience with hands-on execution capabilities at trade shows and conferences
• Proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to question existing methods rather than simply repeating them
• Willingness to travel for trade shows and events as needed
• German language proficiency required for this Fürth-based position
