Customer Service Rep

QDI Stone is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a full-time position based in Bethel Heights, Washington County. In this non-supervisory yet essential role, you'll be the backbone of our sales operations, managing customer interactions and supporting our team's success.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Rep at QDI Stone, you'll take on a multifaceted position that sits at the heart of our sales operations. You'll manage the complete customer experience—from that first phone call to closing a sale—while also handling order processing, sample management, and supporting our sales team with administrative and marketing tasks.

What You'll Do

• Answer customer inquiries via phone and in-person with professionalism and product knowledge
• Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing guidance and recommendations
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Manage product sampling requests and logistics
• Support marketing initiatives and coordinate promotional activities
• Back up the sales team with administrative support and follow-ups
• Maintain organized records and coordinate communication between customers and sales staff
