Creator Marketing Coordinator (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing agency seeking a Creator Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Berlin. In this role, you will coordinate creative campaigns, connecting clients with the right creators while ensuring every strategy delivers measurable results.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Planning, executing, and managing influencer marketing campaigns in close coordination with internal teams
• Supporting client communication, including preparation of weekly updates and meeting materials
• Conducting market and competitor analyses to identify trends and develop strategic recommendations
• Assisting with budget management and ensuring campaigns meet financial targets
• Coordinating internally with key account management and supporting client growth initiatives
• Contributing to paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta and TikTok

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, project management, or a comparable role
• Strong communication skills with a confident approach to managing client and creator relationships
• Initial experience with budget management and process optimization
• Foundational understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and paid media, with eagerness to develop further
• Team player mentality with a hands-on approach and strong initiative
• Excellent German language skills (minimum C2 level) and good written and spoken English
• Diplomatic skills when working with diverse stakeholders
