Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking a QA Tester to join their team remotely from Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining software applications while ensuring quality and proper functionality
- Performing functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Identifying, documenting, and resolving incidents and defects throughout the development lifecycle
- Participating in code reviews and validation of deliverables
- Executing deployment activities in test environments
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and validate solutions
- Ensuring compliance with technical standards and quality benchmarks
- Supporting automation initiatives and continuous improvement processes
- Managing integration with external platforms and databases
What We're Looking For
Our talent team is seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in application development and support
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and software testing practices
- Proficiency with databases and SQL queries
- Experience working within Agile methodologies
- Intermediate English skills (desirable)
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Effective teamwork and communication skills
