Solutions Partner Manager (100% remote)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Solutions Partner Manager to join their Technology Distribution team. This 100% remote role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge blockchain and digital asset technologies while managing a strategic partner ecosystem.

Our client is a global leader in the digital finance space, operating across multiple innovative product lines including stablecoin technology, digital asset services, and distributed infrastructure solutions. You'll be joining a lean, high-performing team that works remotely from around the world.

Responsibilities

As Solutions Partner Manager, you will oversee and enable a network of consulting firms, system integrators, and delivery partners who implement our client's products. Your key responsibilities include:

• Serve as primary relationship owner for all Solutions Partners, conducting regular capability reviews and developing partner improvement plans
• Lead partner onboarding including due diligence, contract execution, training coordination, and certification programs
• Ensure partners adhere to implementation playbooks, best practices, and delivery frameworks
• Oversee partner-led implementations to ensure alignment with methodology, quality standards, and timelines
• Participate in project kick-offs, milestone reviews, and governance checkpoints
• Validate partner deliverables including configurations, integration setups, and testing documentation
• Manage escalations and coordinate resolutions with internal Technical, Support, and Product teams
• Maintain visibility over the entire portfolio of partner-led projects and track delivery risks
• Monitor KPIs such as project success rate, customer satisfaction, and partner delivery quality
• Perform quarterly partner performance reviews and define corrective action plans when needed
• Work closely with Customer Success, Delivery, Support, Product, and Training teams to ensure smooth transitions
• Manage partner lifecycle including renewal, re-certification, and offboarding processes

What We're Looking For

• 4–8 years of experience in Partner Management, Delivery Management, Professional Services, or Project Governance roles
• Proven experience working with implementation partners, system integrators, or consulting firms
• Strong understanding of software/IT implementation processes including integration, configuration, change management, UAT, and go-live
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, AI, blockchain, digital content platforms, or enterprise open source software
• Previous work with partner-led delivery models or certification programs preferred
• Knowledge of partner governance tools, PMO frameworks, and QA processes
• Excellent English communication skills required; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to collaborate effectively with world-class technical and business teams across multiple regions
