About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential financial services organization in Hamburg that is looking for a motivated working student to join their advisory and finance team. This is not a typical student job—it's a performance-driven role designed for students who want real responsibility, clear goals, and a structured pathway into professional financial consulting.

This position offers hands-on experience in client acquisition, advisory support, and process management, with structured onboarding, regular coaching, and the potential to transition into a trainee program upon graduation. The role is conducted entirely in German and requires fluency at C1 level or higher, as training, team communication, and future certification paths are all German-language based.

Responsibilities

• Client appointment scheduling: Arrange client meetings via phone, networking, and leads to build a robust pipeline
• Process execution: Learn and apply conversation frameworks, needs analysis, follow-up protocols, and documentation standards
• Performance tracking: Work with key performance indicators, receive regular feedback, and systematically improve results
• Client situation analysis: Support the preparation of advisory materials and structured client assessments
• Customer contact: Participate in client conversations (based on your development level), manage follow-ups, and ensure clear next steps
• Documentation and organization: Maintain clean processes, consistent documentation, and reliable workflow standards
• Team collaboration: Work closely with a high-performance team and take ownership of your assigned tasks

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences
• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher (spoken and written)
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and commitment
• Self-starter mentality with structured work approach
• Motivation to work in a performance-oriented environment with measurable results

Preferred:

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, consulting, or competitive sports/performance-driven environments

This role is not suitable if you:

• Are looking for a typical "few hours on the side" student job
• Prefer to avoid phone-based client outreach
• Have German language skills below C1 level
