CQV Scheduler

Mace is seeking a full-time CQV Scheduler to join our San Juan, Puerto Rico office. In this role, you'll manage project schedules, coordinate delivery activities, and ensure all work meets our high standards for safety, compliance, and sustainable value creation.

About the Role

As a CQV Scheduler at Mace, you'll own schedule development, monitoring, and optimization across assigned projects. Working in our San Juan, Puerto Rico location, you'll apply your expertise in planning and coordination to support safe, compliant, and sustainable project delivery. Your work directly enables our global consultancy to execute on ambitious delivery objectives while maintaining the safety and wellbeing standards that define us.

Core Duties

• Create and maintain detailed project schedules and timeline frameworks
• Lead safe, compliant, and sustainable delivery by applying strong knowledge of local Health and Safety regulations
• Champion wellbeing practices and safety compliance throughout project execution
• Monitor schedule performance, track milestones, and report progress to stakeholders
• Coordinate project activities and resource allocation across teams
• Identify schedule risks, deviations, and opportunities for optimization
• Ensure alignment between scheduling, cost management, and quality objectives

Requirements

• Experience with project scheduling, construction planning, or delivery coordination
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations in Puerto Rico or comparable markets
• Proficiency with scheduling software and project management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Commitment to safe, compliant, and sustainable delivery practices
