Contract Legal Assistant

This remote contractor role offers hands-on experience in corporate legal operations, contract management, and compliance within a fast-paced technology environment.

Working closely with senior legal staff, you'll contribute to critical projects including contract lifecycle management, privacy assessments, and legal operations improvements. Responsibilities

• Assist with contract organization and data hygiene during migration to contract lifecycle management platforms
• Review and archive legacy templates and documents to streamline internal file management systems
• Shadow senior legal team members during contract negotiations and stakeholder interactions
• Support legal team operations by managing shared inboxes, triaging inquiries, and coordinating responses
• Initiate and coordinate customer security assessments using intake management tools
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with appropriate discretion

What We're Looking For
