Role Overview

Faire is a technology wholesale platform dedicated to supporting independent retailers worldwide. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Equity to own and scale our global equity programs, ensuring they remain robust, scalable, and compliant with all relevant jurisdictions. This role requires end-to-end ownership of equity operations, including plan design, administration, accounting, compliance, and employee experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Owning and scaling Faire’s global equity programs across various award types and jurisdictions.
• Partnering with Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Legal, and People to build durable, audit-ready processes that can scale with compensation strategies.
• Ensuring the structure, rigor, and scalability of equity programs are maintained for public company readiness.

What You Bring

• A proven track record in managing global equity programs within a technology or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong judgment and ability to make strategic decisions that impact the overall equity structure and employee experience.
• Experience with equity administration, accounting, compliance, and employee experience across multiple jurisdictions.
