About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a federal consulting organization in their search for a Communications Analyst to coordinate publication workflows and serve as a liaison between publishing teams, approving offices, and program stakeholders. This remote role supports critical documentation and communication activities across government programs.
Due to the nature of federal work, the successful candidate must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination. You may handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and must comply with safeguarding requirements.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact between publishing teams, approving offices, and program stakeholders throughout the publication lifecycle
- Track, manage, route, and maintain accurate records of publication products across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
- Review and evaluate technical documents for grammar, clarity, readability, consistency, and compliance with established writing and publication standards
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, provide publication status updates, and help resolve issues, adjudications, and approval requirements
- Support program offices in developing strategic publication plans and identifying innovative approaches to improve communication outcomes
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience supporting communications, publications, technical documentation, or similar programs in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to clearly explain policies, requirements, and guidance to diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to review and edit technical documents for grammar, clarity, consistency, and adherence to standards
- Strong organizational, customer service, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate documentation
- U.S. citizenship (federal contract requirement)
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust or Suitability Determination
Preferred:
- Strategic communication experience

Pay
The client offers a salary range of $85,000–$100,000 annually based on education, experience, qualifications, and skills. Final compensation is determined by the employer and applicable contract requirements.
