Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst based in India. In this role, you will serve as both a systems expert and operational strategist, optimizing recruitment technology, workflows, and processes to deliver exceptional hiring experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing system support and troubleshooting technical issues within the recruitment technology stack
• Partnering cross-functionally with recruiters, coordinators, and external vendors to ensure seamless operations
• Contributing to high-impact initiatives focused on process optimization and system enhancements
• Supporting AI-enabled recruiting tools and workflow implementations
• Creating enablement resources and documentation for recruiting teams
• Using operational insights and analytics to continuously improve the global recruiting ecosystem
• Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system testing, and release coordination
• Developing scalable solutions to support hiring at scale

What We're Looking For

Our talent team is seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations
• Demonstrated experience working on TA Operations projects including process improvement, system implementations, or workflow optimization
• Experience with Workday ATS support, workflows, and system troubleshooting in a TA Operations environment
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical and process-related issues in fast-paced environments
• Experience with UAT (User Acceptance Testing), system testing, and release coordination
• Strong documentation and process-mapping skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work hours aligned with North American time zones, including regular overlap with Eastern Time (ET)
