Field Operations Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential medical device organization in their search for a Field Operations Specialist. Our client is a growth-stage company focused on surgical solutions, and this role will support global fulfillment operations to ensure reliable delivery of medical products and surgical assets.

This is a remote position based in the United States. You'll work closely with field teams, warehousing partners, and internal stakeholders to maintain compliant, efficient supply chain operations in support of surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end order processing using QAD, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office to ensure timely delivery of surgical assets including trays, totes, kits, instruments, and implants
• Monitor fulfillment trends, identify risks to surgical case support, and coordinate corrective actions
• Coordinate daily with warehousing and logistics partners to resolve fulfillment issues and maintain schedules
• Execute and improve reverse logistics workflows to ensure prompt, traceable returns of borrowed and loaner assets
• Support loaner kit program planning and execution, ensuring geographic alignment and procedural readiness
• Track kit utilization and idle time to surface opportunities for improved availability
• Maintain rigorous inventory accuracy for non-kitted implants and consumables
• Serve as point of contact for field sales, clinical teams, and customer service on product delivery and availability
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities across fulfillment and asset operations
• Perform all work in alignment with quality system requirements and regulatory standards including FDA, ISO 13485, and EU MDR
• Support internal and external audits and contribute to SOP creation and revisions

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in field operations, fulfillment, or logistics, preferably in the medical device industry
• Hands-on experience with inventory management, loaner kit coordination, and order processing in a regulated environment
• Strong working knowledge of QAD ERP, Salesforce CRM, and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
• Working familiarity with quality systems and regulatory frameworks including ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, and EU MDR
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment with cross-functional teams
• APICS, CSCP, or other supply chain certification a plus
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $58,000 - $68,000 annually, plus bonus and stock compensation.
