Consulting Analyst

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential healthcare organization seeking a Consulting Analyst to join their IT operations. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful healthcare technology initiatives while supporting critical systems that serve patients and communities across the United States.

As a Consulting Analyst, you'll serve as a key technical resource, driving implementation projects, optimizing existing systems, and providing expert-level application support. This is a full-time, day-shift position requiring strong analytical skills and healthcare IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams on application and process improvement initiatives
• Provide Tier 2 incident and issue support, including comprehensive data gathering and root-cause analysis
• Troubleshoot and resolve vendor-level complexity application issues, including configuration and build fixes
• Complete advanced application builds and system configurations
• Apply expertise across multiple healthcare IT modules to support organizational objectives
• Participate in system installations, upgrades, and optimization projects
• Ensure operational excellence and system efficiency across supported applications

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field (equivalent professional experience may be considered)
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in information services and/or healthcare industries
• Certification or proficiency in at least two Epic applications strongly preferred
• Ability to achieve Epic Proficiency with Certification-level scores in at least 2 applications within first 3 months
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with healthcare IT systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills for working with diverse stakeholder groups
