Pharmacovigilance Specialist

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential pharmacovigilance organization seeking a Pharmacovigilance Specialist based in Turkey. In this role, you will be responsible for operational delivery of assigned tasks at the project level, acting as Primary or Secondary Project Responsible as needed. You will communicate with senior leadership about potential risks related to operational delivery, quality, and client relationships.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Performing tasks based on weekly work planning meetings and coordinating with managers and team leaders
• Supporting weekly and monthly local and global literature screening activities
• Translating adverse events and quality complaints from Turkish to English
• Entering cases into database systems and generating formal reports
• Supporting follow-up of safety alerts and ensuring regular reconciliation processes with clients
• Ensuring continuity of pharmacovigilance activities and maintaining coverage
• Following principles of data integrity, confidentiality, and personal data protection
• Participating in ongoing professional development and pharmacovigilance-relevant training

What We're Looking For

• Pharmacy degree (mandatory)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Turkish (mandatory)
• At least 1 year of pharmacovigilance experience
• Experience in pharmaceutical companies is an advantage
• Exposure to healthcare or life-sciences industry is beneficial
