What You'll Do
- Operate your own tractor and dry van on over-the-road routes across North America
- Transport specialty freight and general cargo for CRST clients
- Manage your operational schedule and decide when to accept loads
- Coordinate with dispatch and freight planning teams
- Maintain all DOT regulations and federal safety requirements
- Perform equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance as needed
- Build and grow your owner operator business through CRST's freight partnerships
What We're Looking For
- Active CDL-A license with a clean driving history
- Proven experience operating dry van equipment
- Ownership or access to financing for a compliant tractor and dry van trailer
- Current DOT medical card and comprehensive insurance coverage
