What You'll Do

• Haul specialty dry van freight on over-the-road routes throughout the US
• Select loads and manage your own schedule as an independent contractor
• Coordinate with CRST dispatch to plan efficient, profitable runs
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation in compliance with FMCSA regulations
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and ensure cargo is secured properly
• Uphold on-time delivery standards and communicate proactively with load coordinators
• Manage your equipment, fuel, and operating costs as a self-employed owner operator

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL-A commercial driver's license
• Verified OTR or long-haul driving experience
• Ownership of or access to a qualifying tractor that meets CRST equipment standards
• Clean MVR and a strong safety record
• Current DOT medical certificate
• Ability to operate independently while meeting carrier compliance expectations
• Willingness to take OTR assignments with flexible home-time scheduling
