CRST, The Transportation Solution seeks a CDL-A Dry Van Lease Purchase Driver for operations based in Highland Park, Dallas, Texas. This full-time position offers independent contractors the opportunity to operate their own business while delivering freight nationwide, with flexible scheduling and the autonomy you seek in your career. The role is available immediately.

The Opportunity

As a lease-purchase operator with CRST, you gain meaningful control over your career decisions. You'll determine your own schedule, select the routes and loads that work best for you, and manage your personal time away from home — all while building equity in your operation. Compensation is competitive and paid weekly. Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles safely and in full compliance with all Department of Transportation regulations and standards
• Transport dry van shipments and freight to destinations throughout the continental United States
• Complete and maintain required logbooks and documentation according to federal regulations
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and mechanical integrity
• Coordinate directly with dispatch regarding load assignments, pickup locations, and delivery schedules
• Maintain professional communication with customers, brokers, and company personnel throughout each haul
• Manage record-keeping and administrative responsibilities associated with independent lease-purchase operations

Who We're Looking For

• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record
• Strong understanding of DOT compliance, Hours of Service regulations, and safety requirements
• Proven reliability and commitment to on-time delivery and customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while adhering to carrier standards and requirements
