CRST, The Transportation Solution is seeking a dedicated CDL‑A Dry Van Team Truck Driver to join its operation in Greenfield Manor, Berks County, serving the Reading, PA area.

This full‑time position offers the chance to run regional and over‑the‑road routes while working as part of a two‑driver team that keeps freight moving safely and efficiently.

About the Role

As a team driver, you will share the cab with a partner to cover long hauls with minimal downtime, ensuring timely delivery of dry‑van freight across the United States and into Canada. The role emphasizes safety, compliance with DOT regulations, and consistent communication with dispatch.

What You'll Do

• Operate a tractor‑trailer unit in a team configuration, adhering to hours‑of‑service rules and company safety standards.
• Perform pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections, completing all required documentation accurately.
• Secure and monitor dry‑van cargo, making sure loads are properly blocked and braced for transit.
• Communicate route progress, delays, or issues to dispatch and maintain clear logs of driving hours and mileage.
• Assist your partner with vehicle maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure, fluid levels, and brake performance.
• Follow all federal, state, and local transportation laws, including weight limits and hazardous material restrictions when applicable.

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of six months of verifiable over‑the‑road dry‑van experience; team driving experience is a plus.
• Ability to pass DOT physical examination and drug screening.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety culture.
• Good interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with a driving partner and dispatch team.
• Willingness to spend extended periods away from home, with a flexible schedule that meets customer demands.
