About the Role

As the Night Desk Clerk, also known as the Night Auditor, you'll be the welcoming face and steady hand for Icicle Village Resort during the overnight hours. Based in scenic Leavenworth, Chelan County, this position blends front-desk guest service with end-of-day financial reconciliation, ensuring each shift closes accurately and every guest interaction reflects Columbia Hospitality's values-based culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests, manage late check-ins, and handle check-outs with warmth and professionalism
• Reconcile the day's transactions, post charges, and complete the nightly audit of resort accounts
• Prepare and verify daily revenue, occupancy, and operational reports for the management team
• Respond to overnight guest requests, questions, and concerns promptly and courteously
• Monitor the property for safety and security, escalating issues as needed
• Maintain an organized, accurate front-desk operation through the close of each shift

Qualifications

• Comfortable working overnight shifts on a part-time schedule
• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers and reconciliations
• Clear, friendly communication and a genuine commitment to guest service
• Ability to work independently and stay composed when handling multiple tasks alone
• Prior front-desk, night audit, or hospitality experience is a plus
