About the Role

As a Front Desk Agent, you'll serve as the first point of contact for guests, managing the full spectrum of arrival and departure experiences. This role demands energy, efficiency, and genuine warmth as you navigate a dynamic hotel setting where no two days are identical.

What You'll Do

• Execute seamless guest check-in and check-out procedures, including room assignments and key distribution
• Process room credits, payments, and billing inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly, turning challenges into opportunities to exceed expectations
• Accommodate special requests and maintain detailed notes for continuity of service
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Answer phones, manage reservations, and provide local recommendations to enhance guest stays
