Planet Fitness is hiring a full-time Overnight Front Desk Associate at our La Cienga, Santa Fe County location. As the frontline representative during overnight hours, you'll deliver exceptional member experiences while managing essential check-in operations when our community needs it most.

This full-time overnight front desk position is core to member satisfaction at Planet Fitness. You'll welcome members, process check-ins and exits, answer questions, and maintain a professional, inviting atmosphere throughout your shift. Your presence keeps the facility running smoothly for members who prefer early morning or late-night workout access.

What You'll Do

• Welcome members with confidence and professionalism as they arrive for their workouts
• Process member check-ins and exits efficiently and courteously
• Anticipate member questions and needs, responding promptly with helpful information
• Provide clear, professional telephone support for member inquiries
• Answer questions about memberships, facility hours, services, and amenities
• Maintain the front desk area in a clean, organized, and professional state
• Support facility safety and member security protocols
• Handle basic transactions and membership-related requests
