Front Desk Associate

Join Planet Fitness as a Front Desk Associate at our Glasgow, New Castle County location. As part of our growing team of over 2,000 fitness centers nationwide, you'll be the welcoming voice and friendly face that sets the tone for every member's visit while working flexible part-time hours.

About the Role

We're looking for an energetic Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for our members. In this part-time position, you'll deliver exceptional customer service, manage day-to-day front desk operations, and help create the inclusive fitness experience that defines Planet Fitness.

What You'll Do

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm upon arrival
• Process new memberships and answer membership-related questions
• Manage member check-in and facility access systems
• Handle phone inquiries and direct calls professionally
• Address billing questions and process payments
• Orient members to our facilities and connect them with fitness staff
• Maintain an organized, welcoming front desk environment
• Complete administrative tasks and support daily operations

• Proven customer service experience with a positive, professional attitude
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Comfort with computers and point-of-sale systems
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
